- I still think in a situation like this there was benefit to having someone like Mallick who's pulled rabbits out of his ass in the past and has a reputation of getting his clients every penny they are owed.
- i never said start using epass. I just said don't throw dirt on their grave just yet. Especially don't hang the messenger (Michael O) because he was all we had and eventually after enough shit he'd leave.

First.. I’ve said this before and I think it’s worth repeating. This industry has had it’s fair share of companies that have gone under and disappeared with people’s money. Chris has been involved in a few situations where his companies ran into difficulties but EVERY single time those companies survived and paid everybody every single penny that was owed. I have never heard of a single person that Chris Mallick has screwed over. You may not like the guy but everything I’ve ever read shows that in a situation like this you WANT Chris Mallick involved. The big question is will the rest of the wires ever go out and I think the answer to that is no. Epass is shutting down. They either don't have the money in the bank to pay out all of the wires or if they do they will just keep it and close down. This will be no different than any other ibill, or affiliate program in the past, when they know they are closing down the payments stop and the money is pocketed.

how many days does it take to send a wire? we are what almost 30 days into this now ??

-To much gambling action, money transfers between people. Visa caught up with them.
-They were out of compliance for Visa
-The bank was out of compliance for Visa
-St Kitts Bank stole the money and beat epassporte

Just some thoughts.

If you have ever dealt with PCI compliance, there is no 1st warning.

If you are going to sue Epassprte , you need to pierce the corporate veil ( which is already exposed ) and show the money in motion to Oxymoron ... You maybe wont get it back, but create enough heat that he will be labelled as a cancer in Hollywood : destroy his dream and ego ...
