I suspect, based on dealing with similar failed money transfer services in the past, those who are not able to satisfy legal requirements (such as source of funds and KYC) may not see their funds. The rest will have their funds released to them - or at least a % based on what is available.

I am glad you are organizing this. It's amazing seeing these webmasters on here who have tons of money locked up and are actually afraid to call a bank and ask what's going on. They would rather post "let me know what's up when YOU call them" or "someone call them and let me know whats going"

Most of webmasters are sociopaths. No surprise here. That is mostly the reason they do what they do instead of climbing career stairs in some corporation.

I also hate to talk to people I don't know. But apparently not as much as many other webmasters. When I'm in need - I do the talking. Though it's especially hard via phone as I don't hear well and often have to speak languages I'm not good in.

There was some discussion about sueing visa. Not for the actual funds but to force them to instruct the bank to release the funds to the account holders

not saying its something that needs to be done now but a thought if the bank drags its feet

No concrete news yet. I didn't expect any (friday and all). My lawyer has been doing some digging. Right now everything points to St Kitts wanting to get Virtual Visa working and start running it themselves. That's good news for all of us.

Two things scare me. I don't know if they know what type of run is going to happen if they do get it up and running. And the second is all the reports about st kitts seem to indicate they have cash flow issues.

I think we are going to see a similar situation that we had with the epassporte wires. There will be some payments but not all. Which is why I feel a group effort could be beneficial.

Btw the total of the group is over $2mil right now. Crazy stuff.

I won't have any more news until Monday. We'll have to wait and see how they react to a legal letter. I'm hoping it gets us in touch with someone at the top that can make things happen for us all.

Don't know how this will play out but they don't seem to be hiding at all.

Why not just charge everyone a percentage so smaller affiliates can get in? I have $400 and I'd like to at least get some of it back.
