any news shap?

Shap 09-24-2010 01:36 PM

No concrete news yet. I didn't expect any (friday and all). My lawyer has been doing some digging. Right now everything points to St Kitts wanting to get Virtual Visa working and start running it themselves. That's good news for all of us.

Two things scare me. I don't know if they know what type of run is going to happen if they do get it up and running. And the second is all the reports about st kitts seem to indicate they have cash flow issues.

I think we are going to see a similar situation that we had with the epassporte wires. There will be some payments but not all. Which is why I feel a group effort could be beneficial.

Btw the total of the group is over $2mil right now. Crazy stuff.

I won't have any more news until Monday. We'll have to wait and see how they react to a legal letter. I'm hoping it gets us in touch with someone at the top that can make things happen for us all.

revert13 09-24-2010 01:43 PM

Thanks Shap. Keep us updated.

Great move, Shap! Please count me in too, I've got $1900 in VV.

I wouldn't put too much pressure on St. Kitts yet, they seem to be serious in creating a solution for the vv card holders

but you never know with those carribeans

---------- WITH REGARD TO WIRE REQUESTS -----------

I am receiving emails from a certain Epassporte (and sister company) management who is promising to try to expedite my request.

Don't know how this will play out but they don't seem to be hiding at all.

mikesinner 09-24-2010 02:02 PM

Why not just charge everyone a percentage so smaller affiliates can get in? I have $400 and I'd like to at least get some of it back.

and what about wallet funds? do we need to create another group for that? :disgust
i know you've got no problems withdrawing your funds from the wallet, but i'm pretty sure that 95% of webmasters would love to see their wire.

V_RocKs 09-24-2010 02:21 PM

$2+ million.... and that is just the people that responded, saw this, are GFY'ers or even in the adult community. I have heard that people outside of the US, UK and Canada can still use ePassporte as a method for gambling and that other industries were coming on board to pay their affiliates via ePassporte.

Exactly, might not be even 2% of the total actually.

no wonder con artists these days get away with billions.

It's amazing, yet not illogical how many webmasters have deficiencies in social interaction. Many would never 'bother' someone to find out info as important as the food on their table. It's pretty amazing what social anxiety will prevent you from doing.

LOL, but no one went to see the movie, so no one would have found out about it.

Denis_SC 09-24-2010 02:55 PM

Count me in. :thumbsup Have around $6,000 stuck in there. And can get a shitload of Russian webmasters and webcam studios and models to join if needed.

mchacal 09-24-2010 02:59 PM

equilius 09-24-2010 02:59 PM

I also hate to talk to people I don't know. But apparently not as much as many other webmasters. When I'm in need - I do the talking. Though it's especially hard via phone as I don't hear well and often have to speak languages I'm not good in.

Sorry man, but I disagree. Expanding on my last post, webmasters are more socially inept than sociopaths.

That is very not cool when there are viable legal options.

Hell, it still wouldn't be cool in general.

AHHH the "sister company" aka "trusted 3rd party" routine. I think we have all heard this one before too. Epass is just trying to distance it self from the customers by pointing everyone else in other directions ie (deal with the bank they removed the balances for VV and is the problem, talk to our "sister company" to handle the wires....

Lets take a stroll down memory lane:

Quote:

To iBill EU merchants

You will have received notification from iBill of the planned role for the International e.Commerce Association (Inteca) to act as the trusted third party in bringing your account up to date
and ensuring you receive all due funds in the future on your iBill account.

This agreement is not final as yet, but we believe it can be completed very soon. In order to not delay the settlement of your funds, we are asking all merchants to reconcile the amount due to
them as at the end of business February 28th, 2005.

We will provide each merchant a unique password with which you can access the data in this regard. You will also see the release document that will need signing in order for the funds to be
sent, via Inteca, to your bank account. Please respond to this email with your iBillEU sponsored merchant identification number (SMID) and we will send you a password.

We will give you further information as to the payment terms as you confirm the balances due.

Sincerely,

International e.Commerce Association (Inteca)
http://www.inteca.org

What was it Inteca, Intelligate... promise of "notes" blah blah... it was all bullshit Ibill used to point people in other directions. Much like what is about to happen here. Chris Mallick, top notch, stand up guy. How many times has he made public announcements? 0. Epass stopped answering their phones, they aren't sending out wires either. Chris is hidding or at the very least avoiding everyone. Where is the money??? very top notch.

How many times are you people going to fall for this shit, if it smells like shit it means you just stepped in it.

I hear what you are saying. In this case though, the communication is internal... an email from company A and a followup from the same person but at company B.

the indigo 09-24-2010 04:05 PM

The Porn Nerd 09-24-2010 07:44 PM

I love how everyone in this thread is posting their amounts so freely yet if you ever asked any of you fuckers how much you actually make in this business you'd all clam up like a gang-banged pussy. LOL

But now, it's like "I got five grand! I got eight grand! I got fifteen grand!!" Thanks for letting us all know who the real "playas" are round here and who's some un-important (to epassports) under-a-grand dog. :D

freezex 09-24-2010 11:34 PM

got 21.5 k locked up and would be on pooling money for a good lawyer.

We did a similar thing when bankcrozier went to hell: http://www.bankcroziergd.com/

One guy did the same thing as you're doing now, gathered all account holders affected and pooled money to hire pricewaterhousecoopers. We paid about 200 usd each, but never saw any money :(

howardzinn 09-24-2010 11:40 PM

I have 5.5k in virtual visa. I would join a class action, I'll just watch this thread for now.
