If you truly have as intimate contact with the people who signed up as you claim, there are fairly easy ways to make AWE pay for what they did.

I found myself in a similar situation about 18 months ago, (much larger dollar amount though) and it occurred to me that I could easily launch a chargeback campaign to mess with the program that had fucked me.

Instead I chose let it go and use my customer list more productively. Today I am glad I took the high road. I have made back what I lost many times and every day is getting better.

This guy is the business partner of Julius Andrassy who has been selling hard links on Neils domains for years now and collecting payment in advance and not even putting the links up.

When I say "collecting payment in advance" I am talking about 5-10k at a time. Most of the big companies in adult know about these guys.

Well I don't know anything about either of them. Never heard of the guy who's complaining, and I got some Awe links up but less than 100 uniques and no sales so nothing to complain about.

All I'm saying is EVEN IF what he's saying is 100% true, which I have no idea (and there's 2 sides to everything, even pure evil programs pay for traffic most of the time - at least until its time to make a run for it) is that in the past, in similar situations, the high road has worked for me and it should work for him. If he's got a valuable traffic source then there's no reason he couldn't shop a better sponsor for it.
