This is the THIRD TIME these questions have been posted. Still awaiting an answer
MICKEY: I ask you here and now to answer these two YES or NO questions. Will you provide me with the 31 screennames of the "fraudulent" sales? Once I provide you with the LJ screennames will you tell me where the 20 mystery sales picked up the LJ cookie? I think lots of people would want to know the answers to these questions, especially about the cookie It would seem that all your non-whitelabel affiliates are losing sales because of your cookie policy. Shouldn't the webmaster who was last visited by the customer have the right to know who the previous webmaster is when that's the guy getting paid for that sale? If you don't give us that info that leaves us no way to verify that we're not getting screwed. You have publicly stated your interest in demonstrating to your affiliates that you're not skimming sales. The ONLY way I can think of to prove you're not skimming is to provide the name of the affiliate that got the sale. PUT UP OR SHUT UP. . . |
I'd trust this guy without knowing a thing about him over a company that lied through its teeth when the 'Lifetime' affiliate cookie turned out to be a 14 day cookie and pours hundreds of thousands of advertising dollars into the pockets of thieves.

For what it's worth, I think you're capable of moving any mountain that's capable of moving. Take them down. |
Is this ever going to end?

I skipped a few pages, did anyone from AWE respond anywhere?
If it makes you feel better, I took them for $2K for some banner ads on one of my sites a few months ago. |
Neil,
Question #1 was answered in my previous reply 3 days ago. https://gfy.com/showpost.php?p=17751154&postcount=339 We do not give out personal information about our affiliates. I will, as stated earlier in my reply, provide you with the affiliate ID's to which the sales were credited. Feel free to email me. Question #2: The member ID's of the sales that were flagged cannot be given out in order to maintain the effectiveness of our affiliate risk and compliance practices. If you have additional questions feel free to contact me. |

BULLSHIT!!! Everyone please read Mickey's reply very carefully. He has stated that when AWE FUCKS US UP THE ASS they won't even give us a drop of lube. How convenient??? They have a privacy "policy" for everything that might help an affiliate get the facts needed to see if AWE is FUCKING US UP THE ASS. Mickey: Do you agree that without knowing what URL the sale originated from, that the affiliate has no way to know if you're skimming or not? We ONLY have your word for it. |
Mickey:
You have posted this line many times on GFY: Quote:
What is the point of doing the "test" when AWE is the only one with the "answers" and won't share them with the class? If you won't tell us who got credit for the "test" sales then how can we ever know if you're skimming or not? |
Okay AWE is gay.. Im never gonna work with this faggot asshole.

Mickey, You have to be one of the slimiest characters I've encountered in this industry known for slimy characters. Whatever financial success you have achieved comes at way too high of a price for most decent people. You live in the shadow world where lies, half-truths, scams and schemes are Standard Operating Procedure. Even your staunchest supporters have expressed their dismay and disgust at your horrific business practices. You treat your affiliates like shit in your words and deeds. Keep the $11,000 with my blessing. You are a maggot and not worth one second more of my time. I bet your real name isn't even Mickey. One of my favorite sayings is: Don't complain ... compete I'll have an announcement shortly regarding my camsite launch. AVN is gonna be a blast this year |

Now make them sorry they ever did this by doing 1,000 times the business you did with them with someone else instead. :thumbsup |

I found myself in a similar situation about 18 months ago, (much larger dollar amount though) and it occurred to me that I could easily launch a chargeback campaign to mess with the program that had fucked me. Instead I chose let it go and use my customer list more productively. Today I am glad I took the high road. I have made back what I lost many times and every day is getting better. |

When I say "collecting payment in advance" I am talking about 5-10k at a time. Most of the big companies in adult know about these guys. For this guy to be calling anyone out on any type of theft in adult is pure comedy. |

All I'm saying is EVEN IF what he's saying is 100% true, which I have no idea (and there's 2 sides to everything, even pure evil programs pay for traffic most of the time - at least until its time to make a run for it) is that in the past, in similar situations, the high road has worked for me and it should work for him. If he's got a valuable traffic source then there's no reason he couldn't shop a better sponsor for it. In fact he was foolish not to have been split testing in the first place. He's made his point, I am pretty sure the whole board is aware of it now, and I am also sure most people still remember drama regarding AWE's retroactive change in their TOS regarding "lifetime" revshare. Most likely the "sniff test" will be an ongoing meme here. It's time to move on now, webmasters get nowhere without creativity, and bitterness and creativity do not mix. |
I'm baaaaccccckkkkkk.... More AWE info comming shortly as soon as I get on a computer.
