I'm done with this, I'm finally finished with it. (PICS)

I know that will come as good news for some and Eva is very pleased. But I finally said, it's done.

Not really. I miss shooting naked girls, but then who wouldn't. :winkwink:

I do jigsaws, read, cook, watch TV and look after our 9 year old when she gets home.

Eva on the other hand is hating being idle, she's always been active and needs something to keep her busy. She's not the housewife type and when I suggested we have another child. I was banished to the shed for a week. :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

I watch the sites, do a bit of selling and post on the boards to fill the rest of my time. :thumbsup

Bad combination for an inactive old man like yourself. Better hit the gym.

justinsain 02-01-2011 12:17 PM

My Dad used to do puzzles like that and one day I grabbed a piece unnoticed while walking by and slipped it into my pocket. I waited until he was down to that last piece and while he was looking all over the floor for it I set it in place and claimed it done. I thought it would be funny but he was really mad. On that day I learned just how serious old men take their puzzles.

arock10 02-01-2011 12:20 PM

paul start going after the illegal puzzle tubes please. they are destroying the puzzle industry

2D puzzles are so last century, you need to upgrade that.

Now this is impressive (as far as simple puzzles are considered)

My brother loved these, when he was younger (24 now, when he was maybe 14-17) he used to build these all the time. His first one was Titanic, then London Bridge, then some Sky Scrapers. I used to come in drunk and kick them and break them LOL.

Klen 02-01-2011 01:35 PM

Have done with a few and they hang in my daughters bedroom.

This was a 1500 piece, the largest I ever did was 9000 and it needed a special table.

This one took about 3 weeks, I do a bit at a time.

Always loved doing them. Patience and the reward you get from finishing one is great.
