Photo dispels moon landing conspiracy theory

Nasa has released new images of the Apollo landing sites on the moon, taken from an orbiting spacecraft.

They show scientific equipment, the lunar rovers and a trail of footprints left by astronauts 40 years ago.

I saw that and despite the fact that I am not a conspiricy nut I had to think that if they could fake that shit back then, then what makes people think they don't have someone at NASA who can use PhotoShop now?

The biggest proof we did land on the moon is that the Russians never came out with proof we didn't. Had we faked it the Russians would have known they wouldn't have hesitated to show the world their evidence.

I saw it after coming off the 18th hole at an Albuquerque golf course ( I was an Army Major at the time, assigned to the Defense Nuclear Agency at nearby Sandia Base)---the entire 19th hole occupants roared approval at touchdown!

The Moon itself is an optical illusion. It does not exist. It exploded 42 years ago.

Voyager flies through the solar system and out of it with just a 1802 Microprocessor or two. You actually don't need that much computing grunt to do these relatively simple navigational tasks. (the real work is done in the programming prior)

The whole space program is a fraud. GPS isn't real. The "live via satellite" broadcasts on CNN are filmed in Hollywood. Dish network broadcasts via telekenisis.

Well, either that, or when you ignite 5 million pounds of liquid hydrogen underneath a VW it really WILL propel it the 62 miles to space.

Because there are tons of nut bags out there that will believe anything that is "anti" common knowledge. It doesn't matter if there are piles of evidence that prove it, they will hold on to some tiny strand that says it's not true, just because they want to believe in some whacked out conspiracy vs believe reality.

Moon is pretty close in comparison, easy to get to.

This is pretty funny, I was just talking to a friend of mine about this 2 days ago while watching the tail end of Apollo 13. After seeing the video, I now firmly believe US has really good Photoshop skills.
