Use some more photoshop. She looks almost real.

nice photos Jay, her skin got a little burned in that second photo but the outdoor shots are lovely.
what do you find is the main difference between the Canon and Nikons?

It just produces better skin tones that is once you tweek the color profiles. The standard setting is a little on the red side.

they come out with all these new digital cameras which can do full HD video etc.
instead they should spend more resources perfecting the basic models.
none of the brands have come up with a digital slr with the same dynamic range as film.
fuji did try but i dont think it was a big success.
even the way most digital slr's handle overexposure of skintones is awful, the orange turning red turning white hot.. just plain ugly.
