Difference between tax evasion and just not paying your taxes?

Makes no sense, if you get caught lying/hiding shit on your taxes you go to jail but when you just ignore filing taxes you just get fined?

porno jew 04-16-2012 04:00 PM

with evasion you were lying/dishonest, the other just late.

L-Pink 04-16-2012 04:06 PM

With evasion you have falsely signed a federal document you are guaranteeing is true.

I did a little bit in federal person for something a little more series (counterfeiting), but anything less of that you should pay your taxes. This drug dealer I used to hang out with in New York said "Uncle Sam will let you do a lot of things, but he won't let you fuck with his money". I kind of owe him that quote in my next screenplay LOL.

Intention is a big factor in severity of crimes. Think of murder versus manslaughter.

That's not the official charge when you have printing presses and stuff, but however you want to look at it is okay with me

How about some tips?

porno jew 04-16-2012 04:45 PM

Friday's edition of the Middlesex News, reported that a negative and printing plate with $20 bill images on them were thrown into a waste basket in clear view of other employees.

"Anyone who would use a newspaper press of any kind, even a small one like this, which is a glorified mimeograph machine, is not too swift," Editor Kenneth Hartnett said in an interview.

It's a long fucking story dude and very funny. We could write a screenplay, (which I already wrote one and sold) but you arent' giving me any extra info.

I love what you found out but if that's all you have, just out of spite I won't give you any fun with an even funnier story about the real deal

I am actually amazed I bumped into a guy who has legit info about me, but a lot of it is inaccurate, but the info that you do have makes me know you know stuff is all I can say. We can talk private if you have the issue

Correct fine sire.

Whether it's the letter of the law, or bullshit accusations allegations on GFY, it really comes down to "malice". Which is the knowing, willful intent, to defraud. Most of the time there is no actual malice involved.

:2 cents:

smutnut 04-16-2012 05:03 PM

Anyways, thanks for your help. I was counterfeiting and you'll never know the real story until I write it, but at least this amazing coinciendance let you guys know I'm not shitting. In case you don't know, that was round one.

Round two did me Raybrook and I was much, much better

L-Pink 04-16-2012 05:04 PM

Did you pay the $2,000 bail with your money or theirs, lol. That's hilarious dude.

Awesome attorney and a frame up and 18 months offered knowing false evidence was planted.

DWB 04-16-2012 07:04 PM

Just be a good little slave and pay your master. You don't want to anger him.

smutnut 04-16-2012 07:06 PM

when you plant the shit on someone, even if they were doing it, you don't really want that in court and since it was a second office and they only wanted 18 months I was totally willing to take the deal.

But now I am totally straight and trying to live a california life style.

Radical Bucks 04-16-2012 07:09 PM

There is NO law that obligates anyone in the United States to pay his or income tax.

Many have beat this in court by simply making the jury understand that there is no written law that obligates a US citizen to pay his or her income tax. 16th amendment

Yeah, Good luck with that. Just duck when Ruby Ridge and Waco come your way :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

And it's worse when democrats are in office cause they are against the right which tax evasion is considered part of

Perhaps Wesley Snipes could chime in on that one.

If I'm not mistaken you only have to report your income, owing taxes is not against the law. Its not anything I confirmed anywhere, I think I just stumpled over some article about that some time ago

L-Pink 04-16-2012 08:21 PM

If any of this "no tax" bs was true it would be all over the news and internet. No one would be paying shit and we would be in a deeper hole than we currently are. Don't ya think?
