I am positive I will forget some pertinent information but this should answer a lot of questions.

* The website is over one year old.

* Traffic is mostly USA and almost entirely top tier countries.

* 33,000 hits in January were from search engines, 9k or so of that were searches for the domain name.

* Site is legal, user uploaded amateur content.

* Income was $17000 in 2012, $2100 in December alone. This is a combination of pay per lead and revshare from one sponsor.

* Revshare would probably make more money in the long run. $13,600 came from pay per lead on 12,944 free joins. $4200 came from revshare on 1148 free joins. Owner needed the cash so left things mostly pay per lead since revshare takes some time to build up.

* No expenses for employees, advertising, etc. Traffic is natural but could be increased with some help.

* Hosting is a custom dedicated with NakedHosting at $390 per month. It is under utilized so could be moved to save money or even other sites hosted there with it. Will transfer.

Revenue breakdown, as you can see the $17,000 is weighted much more heavily towards the end of the year as the site has grown steadily since it went online. The months with bad revenue are when the script that was used started throwing errors, it was then upgraded to STP and has been smooth since.
