Trump lied about not staying overnight in Moscow during the 2013 beauty pageant. His plane landed on Friday and did not leave until Sunday, meaning he doesn't leave and spent 2 nights in Moscow the same time the dossier says he had his Russian hooker fun and games..

The kicker is he lied directly to Comey about this who was still the FBI director at the time. That means Trump lied to the FBI during a investigation which is a federal crime...

I think there is a huge difference between making a comment to the director of the FBI and lying to investigators during an official line of questioning.

It's stunning that people - anyone - can lie about something when it's so easy to verify it's true. Even more so when the entire world is watching. Trump claims he wasn't in Moscow long enough for the "pee tape" to happen - He flew in Sunday morning and left Sunday night. However, we can document most of his trip. We know when his plan landed and when it took off, and most of what happened between then. We know what restaurants he ate at - Nobu Moscow.

Trump hasn't been officially interviewed. None of you has any power*, sadly (or maybe not sadly), or you'd know that in DC you talk to FBI and CIA people all the time. What you say to them doesn't matter unless it is in the context of an official interview.

They can be witnesses if someone asks what you said, but they are witnesses as private citizens, and their credibility can be impeached. Further, as hearsay, their evidence won't hold much weight unless it is corroborated by more credible evidence.

And he couldn't have been on that plane because it left around 2AM Sun morning and the twitter timestamp which is hours ahead proves that because he couldn't have been at the pageant at 6:44AM Sat morning. His other tweet he posted he returned Sat evening which was actually early Sat morning.
