Whats the one thing you changed that had the biggest influence on your health?
For me i'd say it was cutting out sugar, since the start of the year I quit smoking (cold turkey) and significantly started reducing the amount of sugar in my diet, to the point where right now im pretty much 100% sugar free.
I'm no longer feeling sluggish, have lost about 20lbs and have more energy and other than smoking, the only thing i can attribute it to is cutting out sugar. Whats the one thing you've done that changed your health for the better? |
Eating organs from grass fed domestic or wild animals. Total game changer. Not going down without a fight. Just saw a former coworker on social media. He had a set of tits and no, he’s not transgender. While, he’s turning into an old woman. I still wake up with raging hard ons

Sugar for sure and alcohol.
|
Replaced my genetically flawed liver with someone else’s that doesn’t have issues.
|
As a diet, I have stopped eating pussies of fat women . . . :stoned
|
Alcohol for me
|
Lost a tonne of weight this past year thanks to omad (one meal.a day) and keto.
Wasn't really a huge guy but am back to a size 32 for the first time in like 20 years! Never a big drinker (strictly social) but trying to phase that out too. Gave up soft drinks years ago. |

Stopped smoking in 2009 :thumbsup

Stopped eating poultry meat cold-turkey a couple of years ago . . .

Learned that the feeling of being hungry is okay, and that it's fine to skip meals. Many meals. Like multiple days worth of meals is actually good for you.
Lost almost 100lbs just on that alone. |

If you think you're going to be labouring all morning on an empty stomach, good luck! |

Have been doing IF 8/16 (2pm-10pm) for 8 years now, just an easy lifehack for me (exceptions made on vacations and special occasions etc). Almost always do physical activity fasted.

There's some things I could change like quitting weed and nicotine vapes. But I have great genetics and my ADHD keeps me physically active at all times so I've never had a weight problem and I look like I'm in my early 20's when I'm in my early 40's (except for a developing gray patch on my beard).
Might come back to bite me in the ass in the future, but as of now I'm going on just fine eating when I'm hungry, drinking when I'm thirsty and sensibly partying whenever I feel like it. Only workout I do is a morning run that I've been doing since I was in the military 20+ years ago. More of a comfort habit than anything else. |
Not eating shit...
|
Quitting smoking has had the biggest impact. After that quitting soda.

Or make a sign begging for food at the gas station down the street? Not sure what to do. Already have only eaten 2 boiled eggs and 2 small cookies yesterday, nothing at all today, and I probably won't even get my affiliate payment for another 72 hours. Already feeling terrible and my hands are frozen cold. Another 72 hours of this? Hmmmm. |
Walked to the gas station, failed first charisma check when begging... tried to offer my driver's license in trade for a $2.49 loaf of bread, said I'd pay him back in 2-3 days when I get paid. I've seen this guy 50+ times over like a year of shopping there. He said no.
I then said "Wait, you wear a turban, you're Sikh, aren't you supposed to help the poor?" Buddy said, okay, fine, and bought me the $2.49 Canadian loaf! Speechcraft +1 Vagabond +1 Let me tell you... toast with butter and salsa on top... NEVER TASTED SOOOOOO GOOD!!! Feelin' healthier now! :pimp:pimp:pimp:pimp:pimp https://i.ibb.co/rfH7pghF/bread1.jpg https://i.ibb.co/1G61Tvx6/bread2.jpg |

I even had a wet dream like a teenager and that was just a few years ago. Anyone want to eat a set of freshly harvested testicles or a heart let me know and we can start the journey. It’s a wild ride. I will post my next feast. |

I quit smoking and alcohol. I didn't get any special feelings from it, but the gym helped a lot

live life and enjoy!
too many diets & government conditions are recommending not to have this & to have that, changing it the next year... I read, a glass of wine is good for you daily, a glass of beer is good for you daily, so have them both & you´ll be A OK :thumbsup |

I mean, maybe if you made me a burger you could change my mind, but I''ve ate organ meat before and it's gross as fuck! Sure, you can call me "soft" for actually enjoying the taste of my food, but organ meat has a flavour that tastes like... I can only describe as chemicals. I don't know a way other than "chemical" to describe it. I've ate deer, caribou, bear, crocodile, rabbit, and moose, and I dislike gamey flavours, but organ? Just tastes like a... soapy, chemical flavour. Like a mild toothpaste/eart flavour to me. I don't know how else to describe it other than an earthy, toothpaste taste. I mean, shit, if I were starving I'm sure I could force myself to eat that shit. But damn, organs taste fucking gross! |
women.
its quiet but I don't mind it. |
