I think you blow things out of proportion sometimes. Yeh, he is definitely wrong... he is probably a little bit retarded as well. Do what you need to do to get things pulled, tell your friends to pull their stuff, let it be known that he used content that he is not allowed to use... but damn man, relax.

It's not the end of the world. They used an image they were not supposed to and I doubt he will make one penny off of it, you definitely aren't losing money from it. Fortunately he picked a sexy picture!
