I design & program all my sites from scratch, never hired anyone... ever. I know several programming languages and I can design high end sites graphically too. I've been doing this since 1996 after I sold my import/export company to pursue the Internet's upcoming. 100% self taught, it took 90% of my time to know what I know today... sacrificed hanging out with a lot of friends to be behind a PC developing something... and it paid off. I'm in adult and mainstream and there is nothing better than the Internet business in my opinion..... the world is my customer base.

I also administer my servers directly along with one other top notch tech co-worker ( need to sleep sometime :) ). Also, hosting at Webair.com was one of the best moves I ever made 5 years ago... I have tons of racks and servers and they are on point to give me whatever I need, when I need it! From NY to Europe, they got me covered.

Of course I have an incredible staff that handles all my encoding, writing, data entry, graphics for movies, etc... without them business would not be possible - you guys are great!

I will never get to big for anyone, from the newbie to the veteran webmasters.... I do my best to deliver whatever they need.

I go on business trips often and I take 1 day out of those days for leisure... but this year will be my first year that I actually will take a 'real' vacation without meetings and little time on a PC daily. I haven't taken a vacation like this in over 13 yrs... I might die from the withdrawal symptoms... LOL.

When it comes to business... nobody does it better than you hands-on... ask Bill Gates.
