The client came to us with clear goals for redesigning their site, focusing on:

• Improving the overall look and feel: Refreshing the overall aesthetic to create a more modern, cohesive, and visually appealing interface that better reflects the brand identity.
• Enhancing usability: Simplifying navigation and reducing friction points to make it easier for users to browse, and engage with the platform across devices.
• Optimizing overall UI/UX: Reworking user flow to deliver a smoother, more intuitive experience across the site.
• Upgrading the search and filtering system: Implementing a more powerful and dynamic search with advanced filtering options to help users quickly discover the specific content they’re looking for.
• Streamlining the tokenization, subscription, and content purchase flow: Improving the logic and design behind the monetization flow to ensure that purchasing content or subscribing to the platform is clear, seamless, and user-friendly.

Our approach focused on creating a visually striking, responsive interface with special attention to mobile usability. We reworked all key pages to follow modern UX and UI standards, delivering a smooth and intuitive experience. Drawing inspiration from the client’s references and blending those ideas with our design vision, we crafted a tailored solution that feels polished and easy to use.




Scope of Work:

• Custom design created entirely from the ground up
• Front-end development using clean, responsive HTML/CSS
• Seamless integration with the KVS (Kernel Video Sharing) CMS
• Functional and visual QA testing across multiple devices and browsers

As part of the broader redesign and development process, we also worked on several custom features to enhance user engagement and streamline the overall experience:

• Advanced Content Filtering: A flexible and intuitive filtering system that allows users to easily browse and narrow down content based on key parameters and personal preferences

• Reward-for-Review System: A custom-built incentive feature that lets users earn tokens for writing honest and helpful video reviews, which can be applied as discounts on future purchases

The project was completed in about 2 months, resulting in a high-performing, user-focused platform that met the client’s goals. To keep the platform adaptable and future-proof, we continue collaborating with the client—adding new features, refining functionality, and building custom admin tools that simplify daily management and give them greater control.
