im certain i filled them out correctly, and this host i keep sending them to that is hosting my content is not respoding.

what can i do about this or does anyone have any attorney referrals that know what to do here? any help appreciated

Go after their ISP or DNS service.

True. But most companies will look into it and take action anyway.

I have always prefered to take the social route but contacting them. Showing them and discussing the options. Did that not long ago with a Major hosting company here and it was resolved quick and easy. No DMCA work at all no lawyers talked about. But I think that was an exception.

As others said, hire a IP attorney, and go after the host they are legally responsible to respond to them.

LeRoy is correct. If the host doesn't do anything, go after THEIR hosting provider. You can find out who they are by doing a simple traceroute to the domain with your stolen content.

What is the time frame after which a host could get involved?

If you DMCA the site owner, and he complies within a reasonable time (7 days?) then the host has nothing to do with it, doesn't it? How long do you have to wait after DMCA'ing the site owner for him to not remove things before a host should even do anything about the dmca?

This looks pretty common nowadays.

Otherwise huge pirate bays or sharing files sites would not be possible.

There is really no way to fight against it.

Look at DUKE from duke skywalker, he had to arrange a deal with them and post a banner, instead of dmca them.

If the host is not inside the US, they can pretty much print your DMCA and use it as toilet paper. If they are in europe, look up EUCD
