I'm done with this, I'm finally finished with it. (PICS)

I know that will come as good news for some and Eva is very pleased. But I finally said, it's done.

Not really. I miss shooting naked girls, but then who wouldn't.

I do jigsaws, read, cook, watch TV and look after our 9 year old when she gets home.

Eva on the other hand is hating being idle, she's always been active and needs something to keep her busy. She's not the housewife type and when I suggested we have another child. I was banished to the shed for a week.

I watch the sites, do a bit of selling and post on the boards to fill the rest of my time.

i'm shopping for one for my 87 year old grandfather as we speak (no joke) I told him how realistic the racing games are for video games 15 years ago and he finally decided to take me up on it... damn they are a lot better than when i said that... hehe

Bad combination for an inactive old man like yourself. Better hit the gym.

My Dad used to do puzzles like that and one day I grabbed a piece unnoticed while walking by and slipped it into my pocket. I waited until he was down to that last piece and while he was looking all over the floor for it I set it in place and claimed it done. I thought it would be funny but he was really mad. On that day I learned just how serious old men take their puzzles.

2D puzzles are so last century, you need to upgrade that.

Now this is impressive (as far as simple puzzles are considered)

My brother loved these, when he was younger (24 now, when he was maybe 14-17) he used to build these all the time. His first one was Titanic, then London Bridge, then some Sky Scrapers. I used to come in drunk and kick them and break them LOL.

Have done with a few and they hang in my daughters bedroom.

This was a 1500 piece, the largest I ever did was 9000 and it needed a special table.

This one took about 3 weeks, I do a bit at a time.

Always loved doing them. Patience and the reward you get from finishing one is great.

Well, I for one have great admiration for you Paul!

I admire that you made your living in the days when >95% of this industry where not even born or only just in school. That you persevered through hard times and revelled in good times. That you found your lovely wife. That you fought cancer and survived. That you came out the other end after all that and still retired in a nice home, with a lovely wife, and enjoy still what you do. The fact that you still post on GFY and take abuse, when clearly you have been there done that, got the teeshirt, is amazing, cos I wouldn't do it.

There really aren't very many people in this industry that are of your age that have done what you have done. I'd like to ask every single one of your haters how they see themselves at retirement age, cos I doubt a fraction would ever be where you are when they get there.

To you sir, I bow my hat.

Doing puzzles isn't for me, but shit, I've got 30 yrs yet to get to enjoy it!!

Now flame on in the piracy shit!!
