Considering it's a house you're probably OK, but it's worth checking into what you will be paying for electric. Will you deal directly with the power company and pay government rates, or do you pay to the owner at a rate he sets? You want the gov rate.

Check on this. One of the ways home / condo owners get extra money is to double and sometimes triple the utilities costs. Lots of sneaky cheats like this.

I'd like to think an all out war with Cambodia would not happen, but these people... they usually always do the opposite of what is the smart thing to do. Especially if PAD (who wants a war) kicks out Appishit (which they probably will) and puts someone into power who also wants a war.

Regarding the man in which we do not speak of... yea man, I feel you on that. Good chance it's curtains for this place. No telling what kind of chaos it may cause, but it's not going to be pretty. Expect to see some SERIOUS power struggles or a full on military regime. Potentially very dark days ahead. Have a solid exit plan just in case, because that day is coming sooner than later.

It took me 3 years to use one and the first time ended up being on a moving train.
