you have to create an export file on the blog that has the posts
In wp-admin: TOOLS ---> Export ---> Posts Then in the blog you want the posts to appear wp-admin: TOOLS ---> Import You need to have the importer pluggin installed first

I just export the database, then reupload the database to the new domains mysql database then a simple replace in MySQL on the wp_options table.
