You need to be asking your customers this....Then do some market research with some baby oil and your own dick and find out what sells in your niche again...

And for others, NEVER let yourselves become irrelevant....You can have down times but you still need to be producing content...I just came out of a two month slump where I wasn't really motivated but I still shot content and now I'm back, I'm back with a VENGEANCE.....

While i can kinda see the point your trying to make ... she was only part of the first 5 movies out of the 120+ SW has. She left a LONG time ago to do her family thing (more power to her!). She has made a few dips back in the biz to host a movie here a movie there. But she hasn't performed in FOREVER. She also was long gone by the College Invasion days which is one of the series that really put the company on the map.

Agree with you. And we will be asking our customers this as well. We thought we'd start in our industry first. We will also be coming out with a VENGEANCE. It's a good thing we have some very loyal fans. Two years is a long time but we believe the brand is strong.

While I do agree that some of your sites need some design work, they still need to focus on the amateur feel and image that your content displays. In the end, it’s your customer that needs to be happy. Have you thought about asking your members for their input to better your member retention? The type of content that put you guys on the internet map is being done by more established companies now (Dare Dorm, College Rules, etc...). Also, something got lost along the way with your material. I used to love the early Shane's World stuff... it was like a party I wasn't cool enough to be part of but loved watching it. The newer stuff... not so much.

I honestly don't know what to tell you because slinging porn is just not like it used to be. If you guys think you can just shoot some stuff, slap together a site and make bank... you're in for a rude awakening. Those days are long gone.

Also, the fact that you're asking us and your fans what they want concerns me. The sites that are popular and doing well innovated and did something different, they didn't ask what we thought they should do. I fear with this you'll just end up with too many cooks in the kitchen.

I hate to be all doom and gloom, but I think your time has passed. Sorry :-(

the college genre will continue to sell period. you guys have some great sites so when you re-launch you will probably do very well.

one thing i would suggest though...do some LIVE stuff.

for instance you are very well aware that for at least one month during the year spring break shit sells like hotcakes so why not do a special spring break deal with the college invasion every year and have a live party-orgy-hootenanny whatever where members could be invited as well (if they win of course).

but absolutely LIVE is something to get into. have the colllege invasion girls available live in the members section, maybe you had this already but things are getting more interactive that is for sure.

I appreciate your opinion but we're up for the challenge. Quite aware of how things have changed in the market. We've never slapped anything together. We make about 4 movies a year.
As for asking the gfy crowd, we're not asking for innovative ideas. We'll come up with those. Thanks.

Unless they've been fucked over, most webmasters have short memories. There's been so much fallout, failed programs, nonpaying programs and BS since you've been gone. Any long standing, reputable company with a solid Brand like Shane's World will always be welcome and well received.

Just like back in the day when they took Scooby Doo off the air...eventually we forgot about it. Then when they put it back on we started watching again.

I expect it to be the same for you.

My personal opinion is that you should use the Elevated X CMS to run your programs so you can compete with the big players right out of the box but that's just my
