honestly if they ask me to resubmit the docs again I'm done with them. If thier programmers can't get their shit together with somethign as simple as a flag for verified/not verified and managing some user uploaded images, then they probably shouldn't be working on a payment system like this.

I verified my docs already. I know I verified them because I HAD to verify them to get the card from them.
