Zombaio Decline question
Greetings friends, if there is anyone using Zombaio for processing please let me know if you have been getting sets of triple denials from customers. The reason I ask is this..
1. I have noticed for the past month and a half 90% of my declines with Zombaio are customers submitting there cards multiple times. Many have submitted there cards 3 times and each denial was listed as "authorization system decline" Now this is curious because today I have someone who was declined twice with authorization decline, and he submitted the 3rd time and got an approval! So my general question is why would people knowingly submit multiple times if there were no funds on the card. Obviously many people are under the impression that their credit card is valid and funded or they would not be submitting 3-4 times. Should I place a note on the join page telling customers to keep submitting repeatedly until they get in? As it stands I am beginning to wonder if many of the denials I see on multiple processors are actually "VALID DENIALS" You might be asking what the hell is a "valid denial" and why would a billing company NOT approve a valid card....when you don't make money they don't make money...at least you would think. But if I am having people get approved after being denied 2-3 times maybe I should encourage people to just keep submitting there cards. It is disenchanting to start seeing your denial transactions exceed your approved transactions I guess I am curious about what constitutes an "authorization system decline" and is there a chance that this decline feature makes mistakes and declines good cards? |

They may have gotten the exp. date, or CVV code wrong on the first attempt, (or thought they did). Or their bank may have flagged a suspicious transaction as many card-not-present transactions do, and they needed to call in and get the transaction pre-approved.

If the declines came from the banking system, it could be AVS-mismatch, bad validating number, literally anything. If you do an historical analysis I think you'll find these kinds of approvals have a higher chargeback rate. This customer could easily be a carder, looking for the "sweet spot" where the card is accepted. Or too drunk to accurately enter his credit card details. Things to look for: signup was through an affiliate, the customer never logged in, or if logged in spent no time in the member's area. Consider yourself lucky if this customer doesn't end up charging back. |

It is perfectly possible for a card to be declined a number of times before being approved for the simple reason that a customer can omit something or enter some detail wrong or there could have been a breakdown in the communication process between Zombaio and the cardholder's bank.... but if key data that you can see has changed between decline and approval then make a decision on the risk yourself.
Zombaio have been on a major scheduled and pre-notified maintenance this past week and certain aspects of the process appear to have been subject to blips. For the record, my declines are up signifcantly last few days

yes Zombaio sales have been slow the past week, BUT they gave everyone a heads up they are doing maintenance and that is to be expected. With that said, last Friday/Saturday was great for me but during midweek sales were in a lull. again keep in mind they sent out this memo letting everyone know they are working on some shit on their backend and this is to be expected. overall they are a solid company and i have no major complaints they are on my good side. even before i switched to wire xfer i had some problems with returned checks etc and they were on the ball so far as the CS end goes for the webmaster. At least they let you know when something is up and in the wind and i can't say the same for all the other processors i've been with. wish you the best with them

Bail Out of Zombaio Why You Can
I joined this for just to reply to this post in the hopes i will save others!!!! I am a Webmaster of 3 Amateur porn domains with yearly gross over $100,000 with zombaio in previous years- but lately they have been having serious Authorization issues with Cards and recurring Charges are being declined- I first notice this earlier this year (lots of declined cards with multiple tries) and Zombaio LIED and said it was the card holders BANK! I believed them- and 4 months later my subscription and revenue have dropped by half. I have Jumped shipped a went to Verotel with a reduced rated of %11. A far cry fro the %7 of zombaio. but what does %7 matter if you cards are being declined left and right- I will take me months to regain the subscribers,,,So do not Wait- They admit to having issues and say they are fixing it (again). And at this moment they have suspended recurring. No recharges have been processed in 3 day- 3 DAYS!--- So friends Leave----Pay the cost or lose it all

Oh and they said Today rebilling will be fix???? HMMM! that's funny i was told it will be next week!!! Something is fishy (shitty) at Zombaio-- and out of all the billers out there they have the coolest panels and an app for the iphone -- But now can not be trusted to bill - I also tried the cascading billing they offer to move users to Verotel... BUT!!!The transition is so bumpy and the huge " YOUR CARD HAS BEEN DECLINED" that pops up- Most user do not even wait around to be automatically moved to Verotel- But since i moved to verotel as my primary i am adding 5 to 8 new users a day--Not trying to incite panic, Just so Fu@#ing Pissed they made me believe it was the banks and not their System that was declining CARDS- Sorry it will not let me post my snapshot yet till i have 30 post-- But i Though with the Subject and Zombaio- And if you continue with them as your Primary -Well! Happy Getting Fucked-
