secure password storage?

Anyone use a encrypted type spreadsheet or db to store passwords?

I am looking at http://keepass.info/ but like to hear what anyone else recommends.

Some of the ways I use it:

Contacts db:
create a child-node and name it "contacts".
For every contact create a child node under "Contacts" and give it the name of your contact.
If I've done business with someone and know they are reliable, their node gets a green icon.
If I suspect something might be off or if there's one or more gfy threads about that person, but I haven't had time to do my own investigation, I give their node a yellow icon.
If I know they can't be trusted, I give them a red icon.
In the node itself i paste or write anything that might be useful: contact info, sites they run, paypal/okpays/paxum info etc,....

to manage projects:
create a child node and name it "Projects":
Create a child node for every project. Create child nodes under those child nodes for sub-sections of that projects (for example if you hired someone to do the design for that project or write some code)
Use checkboxes as icons for those child nodes, that way you can check them if you've completed something.

Other things I use it for:
Code snippet db.
Index for my external hard drives.
....

btw: you can export those nodes or child nodes as html pages.
