I left my super stressful 9 to 5 job about 6 years ago because my body was rejecting it. I started getting weird rashes, my lips would feel like they're on fire and I had the squirts more times per week than I would have liked to.

I would also wake up in the middle of the night and feel like the whole world was about to explode, nightmares, etc.

Once I quit and started my own business, the problems almost instantly went away, after bugging me for a couple of years.

Could also be a liver problem..i had about the same symptoms a while ago..better go to a vet and get yourself examined..

Best stress relief is exercise. My mate went to the hospital twice with heart problems at the age of 32. Them he started biking, talked me into it. Does fucking wonders for body and mind.

I know where you are coming from there. My stomach is FUCKED now. Boils have been appearing on my body in the mid region for about 10 years now. Doctor cannot explain it at all. To a point now that stress or no stress, they are there and appear for no apparent reasons. Gums get infected too.

I think most if it is all diet related. I've eaten the meals of champions most of my life when I have the time to, which is usually at the end of the day before bed. Now I try to eat more regularly, healthier and get proper amounts of sleep. It has made huge differences.. still have the issues appearing occasionally but not nearly as bad as before.

As mentioned above, exercise is key too. When I am physically active my health is MUCH MUCH better. Especially when I got for long walks with my little offspring.

I think it's usually because people think that they can start this or that business for xyz amount of money and open credit... and then find out their easy simple "$100k turn key business" really needs a quarter or more.. if not that, their lack of business experience catches up with them.. Personally, for me, I believe that all of the drinking I did dumbed down my brain in whatever motivational areas there were up there.. I believe that I do still have some talent, but, my spark has been gone for some time now. And there's another part of my brain screaming at me to do something this whole time... Or it craves action.. or SOMETHING is going on (maybe in my frontal lobe, which I think likes action but isn't very productive)

My idiocy has cost me dearly. My alcohol use, lack of action, sedentary lifestyle, focusing on everyone elses problems, etc... I know it's my fault, and I know WHAT to do.. I just can't GET MYSELF TO DO IT

I think GFY is great because I NEVER talk about anything personal.. and since none of you know me or give a fuck who I am, I feel comfortable ranting or blathering. That can be nice. Thanks for reading (or not) and any tips from motherfuckers who done lived this shit is always welcome
