I just use skype for personal shit. I tried using it for business but people constantly wanted to voice chat. If I wanted to do that I would just give you a phone number.

These days I am email only. Its better for me to just reply when I get time.

Skype all the way but since I have tons of contacts still in ICQ, and it doesn't look like the majority of them will be switching over any time soon, ICQ is what I use most.

The only thing that sucks about Skype is that one can't leave offline msgs.

people who prefer skype for business are usually the ones selling something.

ICQ used to be a pretty good product but now that they are trying to monetize with their own search and their ad-ware makes it pretty much useless in my opinion. Plus Skype does so much more.

I wont even load ICQ anymore as their ad-ware systems are a major nuisance to me.
