I know some people in Belgium that would like to start into porn-adult, mostly girls. How do i connect them with content producers that can arrange shoots etc...

What papers do you need?
If we come to any agreement, do the girls need to travel or can we do everything in Belgium?

your questiona are all over the place. get a good camera and lighting. live on youtube for a week, and practice. then shoot the girls yourself.

you need 2257 docs. "google 2257 release" and you need to make your own model release. talent must take a pic holding 2 id's. also scan/print the id's and have them sign the paper.

If you have a good numbers of girls with good quality many producers will travel to Belgium for productions but for more work they should be willing to travel to Prague.

If they are willing to travel to south of Spain we can do some shootings with them

Well that's just it.... i don't think i can shoot any good content with good lightning etc over one week of practice, i think it takes MUCH more to produce good quality content. It's just not my field and i have no equipment etc to start doing it to be hounest.

To make a long story short.... how do i get girls who want work in online porn to actually do it. Who do i contact, what steps do i take, what do i provide to do it correct.

For the 2257 release, i'm gonna print out some articles about it and read up on it.

Do you want to earn money or help the people?
You've got girls in Belgium who want to try themselves as porn actors, right?

Shoot them (or make them shoot it themselves) protfolio, submit it to porn producing studios, they're always looking for new talents.
Visit any big online porn dvd store and pick up the list of studios there.

if they're willing to travel to the Netherlands, Germany or Spain I could problably either shoot them myself or get them hooked up with some shooters. If you need content for your own sites (?) we could figure something out too ;)

These days you can find people that will shoot the content for you and do a great job as long as you are willing to pay for it. You might want to consider having someone with a quality resume do it for you and then send you the finished content. Then you can get top porn girls (and guys) without having to pay for the travel. Thus it could be done in the US or other top spots where there are plenty of professionals to work with.

This + shots without (or only slight) retouching/makeup ... I hate to see all these photoshopped/blurred pics and when the model shows up you barely recognize her ...
