Whoever paid you the $5000 was prob fraudulent. Like a checking acct, things go back, back, back as far as poss and those who were paid lose their money.

In other words look at who paid you. Problem is most likely with them and not Paxum.

Why paxum punishing me? He took my money two-fold (2 refund : 6,879.00 + 5,692.00 = $12,571 but I got cash from this partner only 1/3 of this amount ) :

Paxum is not punishing you, you just got fucked by whoever sent you the money on the first place. It's true paxum should make sure transactions are legit but there is nothing you can do about it

1. You took money from a guy you don't know
2. As it appears, that person had stolen creditcards with which he sent you money.
3. The real owner of the creditcards, THE VICTIM, asks his bank to stop the transactions, because the cards were stolen and he did not approve those transactions. Of course he should get his money back, he has done nothing wrong.
4. So here you are arguing that you deserve to keep the money? How come? On what gorunds? And who's money is it that you want to take? The VICTIM shouldn't have to pay, right? The perpetrator will likely not have any money to pay and you can't seriously cliam that paxum should pay you just because of their size?

You spent money which wasn't yours (even if you thought so) and now they are being charged back / reveresed. I think you're clearly in the wrong here for not knowing or understanding how the system works.

- Why Paxum refunded everything from my account? I had no relations
with carders.
- Why they not refunded all those money from account who recieved
carders money ? I recieved money from affiliate program, not from
carders. All account i recieved money from and send money to have
"Active" status (does it mean that Paxum have no claims to them)
- Why i paid twice for one refund?
- Why Paxum takes fee 1.00 USD for transactions like my refunds? Its
fault of Paxum security, why i have to pay for it?
I'm waiting for the answer from Paxum more than 45 days.

I want to warn Paxum users :

- If you will be 10th on carders money way and will have money in your
account - paxum will take your money and you'll never get them back.
- Paxum can take double amount from you.
- It's usual thing for Paxum to refund their loss from webmaster and
not answer them after.
- You are using Paxum on your own risk.

The situation described in this thread relates to fraudulent activity from a couple months ago, and this is why those funds were removed. This situation was discussed at length at the time, and resulted in Paxum implementing some new protocols to help prevent future attempts of this type of fraudulent activity.

We conduct detailed investigations when we encounter any type of fraudulent activity in our service, and we take necessary steps based on the discovered information.

If you view the account screencaps posted by the OP in this thread, you will notice that the account shows a negative balance. This actually means that Paxum is the one experiencing a $6k+ loss at this time.

When a cheater is found to be using our service fraudulently then we make every endeavor to swiftly return any available funds to those clients affected. We have been helping programs eliminate fraud by removing carders from the system and we have always tried to return as much as possible to the originating accounts.

The issue that has been brought up in this thread is inconsequential to honest people that are here to make a living, this issue is in direct relation to exchanger fraud that we have since implemented additional measures to prevent. We did not reverse *and will not reverse* any transactions that were destined to honest clients. All transactions that were reversed involved funds funneled through accounts whose purpose wasn't to provide a direct service or product, *but to commit fraud or aid others to commit fraud*.

Since this occurrence a couple months ago, Paxum has actively increased security relating to our Credit Card loading option. We do NOT tolerate fraudulent or money-laundering activity in any way. Our stance toward fraud and the way we handle these situations will not change. We will always strive to return the funds to their rightful owner. In so doing, we hope to deter future fraud, and inspire more confidence from our trusted clients, by showing that we do not want any part in any type of fraud.

As it appears, that person had stolen creditcards with which he sent you money. 3. The real owner of the creditcards, THE VICTIM, asks his bank to stop the transactions, because the cards were stolen and he did not approve those transactions. Of course he should get his money back, he has done nothing wrong. 4. So here you are arguing that you deserve to keep the money? How come? On what gorunds? And who's money is it that you want to take? The VICTIM shouldn't have to pay, right? The perpetrator will likely not have any money to pay and you can't seriously cliam that paxum should pay you just because of their size? You spent money which wasn't yours (even if you thought so) and now they are being charged back / reveresed. This situation was discussed at length at the time, and resulted in Paxum implementing some new protocols to help prevent future attempts of this type of fraudulent activity. We conduct detailed investigations when we encounter any type of fraudulent activity in our service, and we take necessary steps based on the discovered information. If you view the account screencaps posted by the OP in this thread, you will notice that the account shows a negative balance. This actually means that Paxum is the one experiencing a $6k+ loss at this time. When a cheater is found to be using our service fraudulently then we make every endeavor to swiftly return any available funds to those clients affected. We have been helping programs eliminate fraud by removing carders from the system and we have always tried to return as much as possible to the originating accounts. The issue that has been brought up in this thread is inconsequential to honest people that are here to make a living, this issue is in direct relation to exchanger fraud that we have since implemented additional measures to prevent. We did not reverse *and will not reverse* any transactions that were destined to honest clients. All transactions that were reversed involved funds funneled through accounts whose purpose wasn't to provide a direct service or product, but to commit fraud or aid others to commit fraud. Since this occurrence a couple months ago, Paxum has actively increased security relating to our Credit Card loading option. We do NOT tolerate fraudulent or money-laundering activity in any way. Our stance toward fraud and the way we handle these situations will not change. We will always strive to return the funds to their rightful owner.
