I didn't say they were the best for your camera. JFK did.

However, without a DOUBT, rechargeable are what you need. Get 12, you're set.

Yes , I did say that and I'm speaking from experience, having tried several different brands over the years. I have 5 sets of 4, each set is good for about 5-600 shots and YES, Google is your friend

Lithium Polymer and lithium ion batteries have the most power per size of the rechargeables. You can compare using the mah rating on the battery.

Commonly available rechargeable batteries are 1.2V, whereas alkaline are 1.5V, so the rechargeable MAY not last long, depending on at what voltage your camera cuts off. If your camera needs 1.25V per cell, rechargeable won't work. If it only needs 1V, good rechargeables will work well.

As far as primary batteries, if the camera takes two AA batteries, see if it'll accept a CR-V3. A CR-V3 is a lithium battery that's the same size as two AA, but lasts a lot longer. If the CR-V3 fits, you can consider the rechargeable version, the RCR-V3.

Dude, I wasn't suggesting you were wrong, just that it wasn't me that recommended that brand. I'd trust you on any camera related advice!
