We come across some amazingly brazen sites.

This one takes the cake.

A .XXX file locker accepting Paypal.

Paypal need to mandate file lockers as a prohibited use.

ICM should be happy to see this use of a domain, piracy on .XXX was not supposed to happen was it ?

We'll keep working to shut sites like this down, especially when at the embryonic stage this one is at.

I think they would be happy to see ANY use of a .xxx domain.

I would imagine a very good percentage of those registered will be dropped on first anniversary.

By the way I see search.xxx was updated and my sites are lower in results now. No more first or third for "cams" or "free cams" or such. I am getting barely 100 hits a day from search.xxx; if this was from an affiliate I would pay this traffic $10 to $30 per month with the pay per free program; given domains are 4 or 5 this don't pays back at the moment.

bin.xxx has had their Paypal account terminated, we'll keep an eye on it.

Abuse reports and a letter sent to ICM with evidence of infringement have gone unanswered.

Affected rights holders are encouraged to take legal action against ICM who may be engaging in wilful blindness to this and other copyright issues.

I wished they posted more in GFY. I posted neutral and objective statistics to given them material to reply peacefully. Even if, I can understand each time they post something they get dozens of offenses including toilet photos, and this is not encouraging peaceful discussion.
