i have created account at http://forum.directadmin.com
and trying to ask a query there but the fucking random question asks me to provide

I dont have password to access the directadmin.com/clients section.,
as i am having dedicated server and directadmin is preinstalled on it by my hosting company. i have client id.

i already tried contacting their support at https://www.directadmin.com/clients/safesubmit.php

but havent got reply yet.

i dont think they provide end user support unless you buy the lic thru them directly.

never used their forum here they do reply to support tickets pretty quickly tho

its been more than 30+ hours and on their forum some admin says , you will get response within 45 minutes.,
so kinda strange.
