We have pop under traffic available. It's all CPM Geo Targeted traffic, depending on the GEO you need traffic from we have a ton. For Example, USA we have over 800k pops a day. You can also OS and Browser target.

Our traffic works on a bidding system, right now the average bid is about $2.15cpm for USA.
