With that said, do you really want everyone that has cancer to live? Sounds mean and evil, but think about it for a moment. If we cured all forms of cancer thirty years ago, what would the US population be like? Would seventy percent of all Americans be retired and supported by the other thirty percent?

This, Cancer is genetic mutation, as far as I am aware, you cannot predict a mutation or, program a specific one. You might be able to nudge them along with known causes, like radiation or specific compounds though.

well, I don't know if curable, but in Cuba there are vaccines to prevent at least 5 types of cancer. Obviously, you won't see it in the news, but it's a known fact and certificated by many health NGO, including World Health Organization, and UN.

Just imagine: a free vaccine would kill the billion dollars industries around cancer so.... no vaccine for you.

PS: I know this because it was too late for me to get a vaccine, but I got my chemo meds from Cuba for a fraction of the "real" cost at pharmacies
