Anyone Tried That Raspberry Ketone Stuff? - GoFuckYourself.com

We're thinking of trying it out based on a friend who has lost 9lbs in about 2 weeks, he says he hasn't really done much of anything different except take these dumb pills and actually cut back on the amount of crap he eats.

We've already cut back on the shitty food, primarily eating fresh fruit and veggies with each meal and having less than 8oz of meat at dinner.

Just wondered if anyone else had tried this ketone shit and if it works?

I am the exact opposite. I could stand to put on a few pounds. I am the same exact weight and waist size as the day I graduated HS, 19 years ago.

waste of money, you want ketones in the system? only way that happens is if you go low carb.. or at very least institute some carb control.. people get confused and think eating a large bowl of strawberries and 5 bananas a day is good for weight loss, it isn't unless you plan on running a marathon every day..

They are great for travel also. I just took these dumb pills, got in my car and drove 100 miles and now I am 100 miles from home.

It is good for weight loss. Sort of.
If you eat large amounts of fruit, you just don't feel like stuffing non-healthy food down your throat. So that's one advantage.
Plus the added bonus of running your metabolism more optimally from all the vitamins in the fruit.

Whenever I start eating 1kg-2kg of fruit daily I easily loose 1.5kg per week and I'm not even overweight.

Caffeine is the best thing for fat loss next to a balanced diet. Supplements are about 5% of the battle. They give you that extra boost when things are already in place. When youre diet isnt in place 100% and you add supplements you kind of spin your wheels in motion or make temporary gains/loses.
