If it continues is your plugin, if you want have your title post in your permalinks you have to set it on Settings -> Permalinks Custom structure http://yourdomain.com/%postname%/
%postname% is the tag for this purpose. |

It's a feature of SEO Ultimate which removes non significant (SEO wise) keywords from your URLs. You can turn it off with the Slug Optimizer option in the plugin settings.
