I agree with her comment about unique content. I like Breanne Benson a lot, but how many times do I need to see her give a blowjob, get fucked in three positions and take a load on her face? What's the difference between any of those scenes?

Unique, high quality and great content.

1) What is "unique" these days? Should we just light the room correctly? Or after putting 3 penises simultaneously we need to make room for a 4th perhaps a 5th?

2) What is "high quality"? HD with a model with bad make up filmed in a warehouse ? Or the old school approach of using a team of people with actual talent?

3) What is "geat content?" Some pimple faced 19 year old masturbating with a blender? Or a beautiful woman acting naturally and genuinly expressing her sexuality?

The problem with the porn industry is something none of us can solve.

The problem is that the entire population has a 1080p camera in their pocket, and has a fascination with uploading sexy videos of themselves putting carrots in their ass to Vine and Xhamster. I can find any girl I want on Tumblr, and ask her to do something weird for me and she'll do it because she wants to, not because she's getting paid.

Porn is officially free, and better than it has ever been. And we can't do anything about it.

My idea. Convince the guys that do tribute videos "jacking off on pics of girls" that the videos are awesome. They should upload as many videos as possible with as many different porn stars pics on all the major upload tube sites.

So when somebody looks up Aurora Snow on a tube site, They have to see page after page of previews of a picture with somebody's dick on it.

Well I do think that has played a huge factor in the decline of the porn industry. But I think also it is the fact that the general public never respected this industry. They make no difference between a good quality video or a bad one and they will masturbate to either. What componds this is the porn industry allowed these same cretins to infiltrate into the industry itself.

Now my involvement dates back to the days of Zaffarano and I remember his once saying that that a customer should only be treated with respect only as long as he is stroking their dick in a seat that he paid to sit in. If he ever got out of that seat to do something else you should treat him like anyone else that steps on your turf.

Regardless if this industry is 1$ billion or 13$ billion today. When I first got in to the industry it was only a couple of hundred million at best. Fortunately there was at lot less people involved and we all made a lot more money with far less bullshit. I would honestly hate to be a new producer (or even actor) starting out today.

People really don't respect any industry that allows them to pilfer the service anonymously without payment. Any retail industry has magnetic tags, video surveillance, security guards, and police to ensure that people don't walk away with the merchandise. If all of that were gone, it would all walk out the door.

Not only do we have a theft problem... but we have a competition problem. And until you can get every woman to lock up their pussies, and put away their cameras... possibly by implementing some kind of Islamic law, you won't ever win that battle.

I've already given up. You can't steal auto detailing.

I don not think we need to lock women up but I tend to agree with most of your analogy. In the old days the need to protect our product was just as important as it is today. But sadly we no longer have any "security gards" capable of doing the job. And I am just too old to start swinging a bat.

I read these "go to work" comments and I have to ask myself " Who are they trying to convience ?"
Are they trying to convience others or themselves?
Or is this some sort of elaborate scam to get the hoards of hopeful working poor to sign up to more programes and upload more content?

I will bet that the truth behind all those "work harder and shut up" comments is someone that is just as broke as the next guy and is only trying to fool himself and others around him.

So let me say this,
I work and I will wager that I have fair bit more in my bank than most of the people on here. If for no other reason then I do not waste my money by either snorting it up my nose or trying to impress others with how "successful I am".

Really? Then you probably live in a dream land, cause anywhere else models charge like $600 and more, per one day of work.

I've been in this industry for 12 years now, casting and shooting full time. Are you really going to try to give me a lesson on how much models charge? I fucking guarantee I can out-cast you all fucking day long.

How much do you think these models charge?

https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1120844

Models are creating content of themselves for free. Why is that such a "dream land" concept to you? Nobody said you could shoot them for free, or shoot them at all.

No, I am going to give you a lesson on how much do models (amateur models) charge here, and trust me the girls from the countries of central Europe are on more than 50% of all new sites on the net. Especially those from Czech republic.

You said, you could ask any girl to make pics for you for free, and she would. Sounds like chicks strip down for anyone for free, which is bullshit.

Amateurs making content of themselves for fun is nothing new and nothing to worry about. We have had a huge amateur community site for years here, that is free too, so what? I am supposed to jerk of to shitty pics of an average attention whore with a hidden/blurred face right? Or a bitch that is desperate for attention but worried to become a porn model so she tries hard to pose in front of a mirror to make herself look important??

You call that content? LOL.

I hope you are joking with the link you posted.. shitty amateur self-made photos taken with a mobile phone? Yeah.. that is going to kill the porn biz Those would not even catch a second of my attention, can't imagine masturbating to them.

I have seen this "trend" on local social networks 5 years ago.

- 10 days
- 12 million clicks
- average CTR is 2% (being generous here)

how many views is that?

I am not very good on webmaster math so please forgive a dumb question. Obviously not all of 12 million people watching the clip purchased the video. So how does this work out as a sale ratio ?
(I am just trying to learn something here)

240,000 click-throughs. So he wants us to believe his traffic is worth roughly $2 per click.

In reality that tube traffic might (might) be worth .02 per click, which would result in $4800.

No, he claims that 12 million people clicked the link to his paysite.
So I wonder how many views that is, if the average CTR is 2%

If i'm not mistaken it's 2,400,000,000 views (2 billion + 400 million)
He is completely full of shit to claim that he got so many views in 10 days.

When he says "clicked on the clip", to me that just means video views... not click-throughs.

I think what he might be saying is that in addition to PornHub, collectively across all sites, the video brought in $500k.

It might be possible but who knows.

He claims 12 million people clicked on the clip, for me that means "watched" the clip / clicking the link to the clip.

The way I read it:

12 million video impressions within 10 days.
$500,000 in sales in ??? days.

It doesn't necessarily say he made $500,000 in sales in 10 days and that they had 12 million clicks to their site.

2% ctr on 12 million clicks would be 240,000. At 1:1000 that would be 240 sales. At $30 per sale that would be $7,200.

Maybe he will clarify.

She speaks of the big players being the ones in the best position to fight piracy and that may be true but they are also the ones who tend to own the pirate sites in the first place both presently and in the past. Why do you think the industry got this way? It wasn't because it was inevitable or unstoppable. It's because "Big Porn" decided this was the way to go as opposed to the traditional model. We all sat here and watched it happen over the last seven years. It happened from the top down, not the bottom up.

That tape was selling 1:50 on days 1 & 2, and 1:100 to 1:200 for the rest of the first week. It was also doing way way better than the normal tube average of 2% ctr, more like 10%+ type-ins, plus whatever actual clicks on the sponsor link.

Most people here severely underestimate just how good celeb sextapes sell when fresh

Yeah I have no idea at what ratio it actually sold. 1:1000 and 2% ctr was just a way to get a quick and dirty estimate.

Nowhere in ANY of the articles did he say that he had 12m clickthroughs. You said it. If you want to get analytical, he said 12m people viewed the video. If anyone here is "fucking stupid", it's you.
