Dear Paxum,

Yesterday morning when I tried logging into my account it suggested I change my password which I then did but I never received the Authorization key via email.

I've send two emails to support and one again today but still haven't heard back from you. Can you please get in touch with me as soon as possible. There are funds in my account that I urgently need to withdraw.

Paxum can you please address why users still can't transfer funds from Mastercard to Checking?

Will you be returning service fees?

Thank you Ruth, email send. I do not have a ticket number though as I have send an email to support via the website contact form. I Can't log into my account at all.

Ive given up getting a card, Cant fight stupidity when it comes to what and whats not a government id ;)
