When I ran some campaigns on juicy ads I constantly had issues with their server being overloaded. I had one time where I had a huge rush in traffic and it actually killed my server. I tried to pause my campaign but their server was also overloaded and it would not go through. It still continued to send traffic my way for an hour or so that I could not monetize. It wasted $150, that is why I did not spend that much with them and moved to other providers.
