i do not understand programs who run nats and do not add any content, no fhgs, no vids, nothing what is the point in that

Internal purposes.
Tracking, ease of biller switches, ease of use (if you know how to use it.) I know quite a few people with installations that they only use for themselves. There is a whole other world outside of affiliate promotion. ;-)
