During his jailing Daryell became the focus of the entire local prison resident population. This case of crazed vigilante justice is seen by many as him getting just as he deserved. His son is forever damaged and hurt, so why not Daryell also some have to say.
A gang of a total of 20 inmates have had their ways with him. After the initial assault being committed the jail?s medical staff doctored Daryell with a large number of sutures covering the whole of his back and prominently his anal area. Upon being again instituted inside the prison he was raped and otherwise abused for a second round. Injuries were made over his entire body and especially to the region of his backside. Bloody stains on the seat of his uniform attested to this ?vigilante justice? that he has now two times undergone.
Some outsiders are making shouts of calling the actions of the inmates as ?uncivilized? and extreme. Most in his native community sanction the events as seemingly karmic in nature. Most side with the vigilantes.
The general public is alarmed, yet hardly anybody is really loudly protesting. Daryell is a marked man wherever he may have to go within the countries prison system.

But certain things lead me to believe that it may not be true. Picture of a child, is the immediate hint I see. But then again who the fuck would want his picture associated with a bullshit story like this. Being a PEDO; even as a joke can get you seriously fucked up! If the guy kicking your ass isn't listening to you while him and his buddies are putting the boot to you on the street, while your trying explain that the article they read was a joke. And where the hell is that jail located at?? That shit very rarely happens in jail (rape), I've been locked up many times and my ex is currently at a Level 3 women's max in South Carolina. If some guy was caught fucking another he would straight up be known as a faggot and everyone in jail is only spending a max of around 2 years or less unless they're going down the road so no one is going to be raping anyone lol. There's some awful fights going down sometimes and lots of shit talk but that's usually about it. Jails and prisons nowadays are VERY different then what they were 20 or so years ago. Any place you get locked up at nowadays has on the first few pages of the handbooks the prison rape act that was put into effect awhile back and if you're caught doing ANYTHING sexual you are fucked. My ex just had two girls on her unit get caught kissing and one was immediately shipped off to another prison and the other got sent to lockup.

Jail is playing cards and watching basketball (or soccer if you got stuck in a unit full of hispanics) on TV all damn day long..at least in prison you get to buy your own little mini TV off of canteen (for an outrageous $150+)

When you get processed in, you get labeled. And getting labeled a child killer, child rappest, PEDO are the worst things to be labeled. It gets around the whole prison in a day. All of the prisoners have kids or were fucked with as a child. Its open season on these guys big time!!

There is no way you can keep that a secrete. When you get processed in, the inmates are there assisting the Sherifs in processing you in, via, pictures, fingerprints, IDing you and labeling you for what crime your in for.

Not at all. It wouldn't be a trial by judge. It would definitely be a jury trial.

The Judge will only allows pertinent to the case testimony to be heard by the jury when in court.

True Story: I have a friend who is a 52 year old handy man who got arrested and jailed off what a 4 year old girl falsely said what he did to her. Costed him 50K cash and bond to get out of jail before he got shipped to county.

The police confiscated his PCs, his 2 smart phones, all his drives, his discs, tapes, his parents PCs, tapes, discs, etc. The police were also granted access to the PCs of his sister and to the PC of the woman who's child that made the allegations.

Not one pedo photo, video or web search, etc was ever found. The police said that absolutely in every case of a where there is allegations of a child bad touching, rape or molestation, the accused always has all of the above or a few of the above in there possession. The fact that the person who is accused, never had a search for anything related to children, gives the detectives, a real picture of the accused guilt or innocence.

So before the 1st court day, it came up that the father of the little girl coached the girl to make those claims against my friend, because he thought my friend was banging his ex-wife. When in fact, my buddy was just friends with her and was her handy man at her house.

All charges were dropped 1st hearing.

There is nothing worse than getting labeled and charged as a pedo.

Because I shoot porn for a living, I will never let my kids have sleep overs or let other kids sleep over at my house or be at my house without their parents. I don't need there to ever be a misunderstanding, or bullshit accusation thrown my way.

The father wanted the kids to know their mother so he let them go stay with her for a few months in the summer but then when it was time for them to come back to Boston the whore scumbag abusive mother kept the kids and told my ex (who was 8 years old) to lie and say that her father was abusing her. Of course all the low IQ white knight cops and the sick mother fucking pieces of shit who crawl around inside the family court system all lined up to roast the father. The father who was the good and protective parent was ripped out of their lives and they were now in the custody of the abusive parent. This destroyed the father who is an honorable man. I don't think he ever recovered. All the kids are fucked up to some degree and their kids are fucked up as well. I got my kid away from that family and had to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to do it. I hired the same law firm that some high profile people hire. I remember writing the first check for $10k and it was used up within a week and then I started writing more checks. I lost everything to protect my kid. Now the mother of my child is on good terms with me and we are raising our child together but because of all the cock sucking dumb ass white knights who are aching to join in condemnation of a father I lose everything and my kid had to go through a ton of stress.
