Bah, it's no big deal, and I think its kinda cool that big shots like the Prez can show they have personalities. Dwight Eisenhower, Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, and George W. Bush all did it. That remind to one political paradox - if a politician try to be liked by masses(by doing such stunts),he will be called populist and demagogue .If he doesn't do that,then he will be hated by masses for being isolated and cold.
I personalty dont see any problem wth it as long it doesn't consume too much time of regular duties,meaning concentrating more on stunts then actual work.
