Steven Grooby and company must be doing it tough if they have to withhold $20 here, $30 there from affiliates who didn't quite make the cut.

The decent thing to do would be to just pay the affiliates out and close out the account.

No, I know exactly how much your account generated - it was the exact amount I donated on your behalf.
As I explained to you multiple times before you decided to start trolling, was that we made a mistake and didn't parse out people who'd only made webmaster referral fees. That was an error on our part, it's been noted and it won't happen again. We corrected that error when we realized that and reinstated the handful of affiliates it affected. The other few people who spotted this in the couple of days they were offline, were more understanding than you, and the positive point is we've found some new ways to work together with them to hopefully increase our work and communicate better.

I'd told you your account was open, the owed amount in it still marked as UNPAID. However, as you've continued to harass and troll me across multiple boards - and as per the wishes you expressed to me today, then I'd be more than happy to close it and to have absolutely nothing to do with you.
You absolutely support the reason why we don't want to work with affiliates such as yourself, you take up more time than it's worth - and not the sort of person we'd want to work with.

If you read any forum, or knew me in any way you would know that I don't have any sort of reputation of trolling. Calling a sponsor out on some really shady shit, I will happily do that. And this is exactly what I'm doing with you.

How do you think me (and many other affiliates) felt, when we go to our account and realize that our accounts have been deleted? Of course me or someone is going to call you out on that! Call that trolling? are you for real?

Your attitude about this is amazing to me. Calling me a failed affiliate, and a failure to this industry, and a tool and troll, those are obvious aims at insults, otherwise mere stupidity in that you think since I made small $ with your program means I make small money with other sponsors. Either way, those comments are childish and unnecessary.

Yet you still back yourself up, and stand your ground, I actually like that about you because it strengthens my opinion about you as a company and as a person, so thank you for that buddy

You became a troll after the situation was explained to you multiple times. I don't believe there was anything shady (there was an error on your account which I've admitted but you've failed to accept).
My social skills are excellent thanks for asking, which can be verified by the many people I meet at the industry shows each year and as a company, our customer service and "fairness" is second to none which is why we have so many repeat customers and so many affiliates making great sales with us for many years. As I've stated, I'm sorry if your ego cannot take a little bruising by being removed from an affiliate program (even if erroneously) but we're looking for quality partnerships or those who may have ideas we can help them growth.

Steven, I don't promote Grooby. As an impartial observer, your policy sucks. You are wrong that they bring nothing to the table. While sales are important, smaller affiliates without sales still contribute by posting banners and other promo material which gives Grooby brand recognition. Giving them the chance to convert their traffic into sales is a fair tradeoff for the free promotion and work they have done in putting up links.

Closing affiliate accounts without TOS violations and keeping any affiliate earnings which haven't reached the payment threshold is plain wrong and theft. Your offer to work it out would only include webmasters who read GFY.
