I use 50% kale and throw in frozen berries (blueberries & black/raspberries) and sometimes a banana and it tastes pretty good.

Spinach, half a banana, frozen blueberries, cucumbers, squeeze half a lime, ginger, ground flaxseed, whey protein amd some ice. Tastes pretty good.

My wife has one that is, Spinach, Kale, Greek Yogurt, Avocado, Grapes, and half a pear. Its fucking gross. I cannot stomach that one.

I started juicing when I broke my jaw about 3 months ago. Having soup for 3 meals a day gets pretty boring and not very nutritious. So I bought a Vitamix and starting juicing. I have had my jaw unwired now for almost 2 months and still juice in the mornings. You can get a ton of veggies in that way.

I don't juice anymore, I buy bolthouse greens. They taste good (compared to my juicing), are organic and have all the needed veggies. Even spiruline and some other stuff that can make your dick hard. check out their products

Look, the whole point is you can down the juice in 5 seconds and be done with it, and not have to sit there with lemon-face for an hour choking down your veggies.

Dinosaur Kale, 1/2 beet, organic carrot, chinese broccoli. Bolt it, then slam a glass of water, then make the same noise you make when you put your aftershave on. No apples or grapes or shit like that.

Never sure if he meant the leafy part or the regular part of the beet. But famous crime writer Jim Thompson (The Getaway, After Dark My Sweet, The Grifters), several times in his books, said it was the best thing to build up new blood after a loss, especially after a gunshot.

Judging by the suggestions I have seen presented, some are blending while others are juicing. Which are you doing?

If really juicing here are some hints:

apple and pear are great flavor neutralizers.
Kale adds a great smoked flavor
Garlic about the size of your thumb adds a nice spiciness
When juicing leafy vegetables, roll them up into a tight ball first; you can roll up small berries in the middle
