that's because special characters go in front of the letters so the folders are kept above normally named ones. I just assume it becomes such a habit you just start doing that hehe

I keep my special folders above rest with underscore "_"
/_assets/
/_fonts/
/general/
/etc/

Cannot tell you how many times i've done this for all manner of files too - after a while it turns into - then -- then --- to make sure they show at the top

One of the main reasons I stopped designing for others except for a little chosen few who trust me.

Some peeps can't make up their mind and don't know what they want, so you have to guess... It takes you 3 hours of work and it takes them 3 seconds to say NO....

"I'll know when I'll see it" .. Yeah and what ? until then I gotta read your mind ?...

Was sometime very, very frustrating

I do this type of thing all the time esp if I'm php coding. But here is what I do
index.php
index_2.php
index_3.php
index-04.php (if I'm living on the edge I'll change it up)

Best thing is once you get index_3.php to look right and function right you just rename it index.php on the ftp and it's right.
