ANyone else having issues with Paxum?

4 months of delays and bullshit and I still cannot get at my funds on the card/wallet

I'm just trying to understand the thought process of deciding to go with the thread title of "Paxum Rip Off", in which you're basically accusing them of stealing your money, as opposed to going with "Having a problem with Paxum" which is clearly the more accurate.

Who have you spoken to over there so far about this? Names please.

My card expired on May 1st. I asked for a new one - used it for 2 years no issues

No card sent to date

I asked for bank verification - to date not done

4 months of daily emails asking WTF and all I get is delays and bull

They dont use names just numbers - which you would know if you contacted them

paxum32, paxum21, paxum25 being the last ones this week

So as I have waited and tried for 4 MONTHS to get a new card or access to my funds and I am getting no where - yes I am saying they have stolen my money

That is where we differ then. I don't contact "numbers" at companies I deal with. I contact known people directly or not at all.

Really. I can think of several ways that it is possible. One being that before going off posting ridiculous accusations of thievery I might (if I were you) do a quick board search for Paxum threads, and would quickly see who the go-to contact over there is, and how to contact her.
