Have you had any success getting responses from the support?

I wrote to them 14 days ago and have yet to get a response. That was a common problem but they kind of worked on it and started to get back to the affiliates faster but this is ridiculous.

I know a whale of mine was taken, I see him daily but he is spending under a new username...

Recently I upped my chaturbate clicks with like 100% to test some new traffic but I`ll probably have to go to CamSoda and Stripchat again.

A lot of people here defending CB but when other have dedicated affiliate managers trying to make your life easier and CB just ignores you ( I have referred like 60 000 people to them through the years ) it`s starting to get a bit annoying.

1 - I have referred 63500 + people so I have been with them for quite some time

2 - They have returned like 21 people after my messages ( I message them every 3-6 months to check upon missing referrals )

3 - I know a few specific people`s IP`s and I see them frequent my website on a daily basis, the same as before, and I am like 99,9% certain they don't continue looking about cam girls' ratings without spending a single $ on them

4 - I have been to the last 4 big Cam summits and overall Chaturbate support is going down the drain (according to multiple sources)

5 - Do you think it's normal for their biggest competitors to have dedicated affiliate managers and for them not to respond for days?

6 - What about allowing models to be affiliates themselves? Giving them an easy way to create aff links to share with followers? What about allowing models to put overlays on their cam streams linking to OF?

7 - Haven't you seen screenshots of girls asking whales to logout and create new accounts under their link so "I can get 20% more of your tips honey"

Payments are always on time, that is true. But the support its not efficient, they are efficient 50% of the time but for the nature and magnitude of Chaturbate is not enough at all.

Once again, why can their biggest competitors have dedicated affiliate managers, and they take days (and sometimes weeks) to respond? They stopped caring... and I know this inside out they care more for the models than the affiliates nowadays...

We should have never had to deal with stolen spenders. They should have their system made so that registering a new account with same Name, Address, Payment method etc is directly connected to the affiliate that previously referred him

Around a year ago, CB cleaned up the site and no longer allows models to be affiliates. I haven't seen one promoting their affiliate link in several months. If you do see one, report it and the model will be warned and then banned if not removed.

You've referred thousands of members so you're getting at least hundreds of hits a day to your site, and didn't provide any evidence how you can you tie an ip address to a spender, just simply a hunch on your part. Your % of knowing that would be far less than 1%, you have zero proof.

The fact that you're routinely sending message to support asking them to look through your spenders is why they are now ignoring you. Can you imagine if every affiliate did that? Its simply not something they should have to do or capable of doing for every affiliate, especially since they've taken many steps to try and prevent affiliates losing spenders.

I've been promoting cams for 25 years and promoted dozens of programs and CB is the first cam affiliate program I've ever encountered that has "returned a spender" to an affiliate. Every single cam program has models that have the ability to take a spender "off platform" and try to monetize them by cutting the affiliate out, it just something that's part of the biz.

Having said that, I think CB would admit now that they screwed up by allowing models to be affiliates and promote that directly on their cams and bio and didn't react quick enough to shut it off.

I just glanced at my top ten spenders all time and they've all spent over 50k with the top at 125k and only 3 of the top 10 are still active. I don't whine about it, spenders stop spending at some point, its just what happens for a myriad of reasons.

Why do you think you need a dedicated affiliate manager? I've been with CB 10 years and needed support twice. I guarantee you that no affiliate manager is going to want to hear you constantly complain about thinking you've lost spenders and requesting they look into your account.

If you still think CB has leaks and is costing you spenders, then simply promote another program, there are at least a half a dozen other options.

CB is responding to everyone within a day or two, you're the only one they are ignoring because you keep sending them the same request. When is the last time CB gave you a payout for lost spenders? Judging by their responses about 6 months ago, it seemed pretty clear that they would no longer be doing that.

A spender signing up via a different affiliate link or white label and using a different payment method will often not be tracked back to the original affiliate.

Try going to another program and then requesting their affiliate manager look into your account because you suspect some spenders have been stolen. Not only will they not do anything, but if you keep it up, they will simply ban you from the program. Back in the day on gfy, I saw plenty of affiliates get their accounts banned because they came to the board and suggested a program was intentionally stealing from them without proof.

I am actually promoting 4 different websites and I have GREAT connection with my affiliate managers. I even met some of them in person.

I don't know what is your goal here to be honest, but if you don't see overlays with OF links , Linktree and everything else on cams I suggest you look harder.

I have always been fair and promoted CB`s behaviour when it was deserved, but getting accounts stolen and having to deal with it is plain wrong.

As for tracking I am 100000% certain that the user is the same cause his freaking username on my website is the same as it is on his CB account, I see him logging daily but he is not spending... That doesn't even matter.

You are trying to explain how having an affiliate manager is something that doesn't help... CrakRevenue has one, CamSoda has one, Stripchat has one and CB doesn't... guess why.

I scan hundreds of their cams daily, if you see a cam bio with leaks, simply report it and it will be dealt with if not banned. I haven't seen an affiliate link from a model in several months and only a handful of OF links and many of those models got their account banned and came back under another username.

CB chose to offer a support dept to handle larger amount of tickets rather than pay a couple of affiliate managers who wouldn't be able to handle that load. You could say, they should have both, but each company has to decide the benefit of how they allocate their revenue.

Again, how do you see the username on CB of one of your spenders, the only thing I've ever seen in the stats is the spenders account number. Just because someone is logging in doesn't mean he is spending, that's a huge leap to make that assumption. I'm sure I have hundreds of my past spenders who login daily and do not make a spend but merely just watch.

And yes, sending an email each quarter asking them to cross check all your spenders with the assertion that your spenders are being stolen without concrete proof is way over the line. Do you realize if every affiliate did this, it would be impossible to even run the program, but somehow you think you're special and they should allocate all this time to you. The fact that they haven't responded to you in 3 months shows they are done with you.

Again, CB is the only cam company I've ever seen even entertain doing this for an affiliate and actually make a repayment. If you read some of the responses CB gave out to affiliates requesting this last summer, it was clear that they would no longer be doing this for affiliates.

I'm just tired of seeing your whining negative posts one after the other in this thread with zero proof of your assertions. If you think CB's platform is causing you to lose spenders, then move your traffic and be done with it.

I don't give a flying fuck what you are tired of. My posts are not negative. Actually I think I was the first to say a whale was given back to me and how I made it, so others can ask for it as well.

On most websites, you don't have to worry that your spenders will be taken because on most of them someone making a new account with at least something identical will be directly linked back to you.

4 emails with 5-10 concrete accounts is not a lot. To be honest it takes them not more than an hours for all 4 emails to handle.

We are talking about checking 20-40 accounts per year... I am not asking them to take a look at all my spenders .I don't think I am special at all; I think having sent them more than 60,000 users, I should be getting better support. I have secured them a LOT in spending, and even if that is not a lot by their standards, I do value my time and effort.

P.S they actually responded yesterday, it was a negative ( no spenders have been taken according to them) interesting enough today one of them returned after 200 + days of exile

Anyway I wish you the best in your endeavours, I try to be completely honest in each situation, maybe I fail sometimes but you can rest assured the idea of my posts is not to whine

This pretty much parallels my experience, except that I have been selling CB since the very beginning.

I find as well that commissions are all $1.20 or $2.20 and largely from different IDs. You don't see spenders having a big night or weekend anymore, or anyone spending consistently at all. As well I see lots of stats slumps where the traffic doesn't match my counts.

The novelty of cams has certainly worn off, and the performer talent that used to be there a few years ago has moved on. I can remember when there were fabulous girls on CB, and people would tip to just get their playlists.

CB anchors the industry. It will be difficult when it is no longer cost effective to send traffic there. I live in Canada so I will maybe do MAID lol.
