Hi Dynamo,

I didn't judge the cops. I said "What the fuck, cops?". I'm asking how or why would a cop, shoot at a man on the ground, who has both arms in the air, who is asking not to be shot, and who is explaining that he is a care giver for an autistic man?

Of course in the heat of the moment, the cops are nervous, scared, edgy, caffeinated, whatever so they may not hear or understand the guy on the ground. Assuming this, they see another guy, sitting up, with something in his hand, who probably appears to be ignoring the cops because he doesn't understand them.

And if that is the case, why didn't they shoot the other guy?

I don't see how you think these are just basic questions, or why you have to label them as libby questions.
