False DMCA against my site, what to do? - GoFuckYourself.com

Hey everyone,

Just today I went into my webmaster tools and noticed there is a DMCA notice against 2 links on my website. I was like what the fuck is this so I went to check it out.

Apparently some piece of shit has DMCA'd two links on my website fraudulently.

From the looks of it, this dumb fuck just did a search for the terms "Fiery redhead" and notified Google about it. How do I file a counter notice so they will fuck off? From the info they are saying that I have pirated content on my site of someone from Chaturbate called "Fiery Redhead".

(My site is #09, #10 on this list)

#1 I NEVER pirate anything and only use content that is allowed
#2 Everything on my website has been approved by the affiliate managers of the programs I am affiliated with
#3 The content they targeted isn't even from Chaturbate, it's from NubileFilms and a pic from Pornpros of Alice March.
#4 Chaturbate is my favorite site. I don't do anything against it and ask Shelly before I do anything different or if I have any questions. Not only that I have also reported piracy to them and many others in the past.. I fight piracy any way I possibly can... that's why this pisses me off so much.

So, how do I tell this dumb fuck piece of shit to get some detective skills? Anyone know?

With all the bullshit going on with YouTube DMCA's and now seeing it on my website it's getting me pretty pissed off. I know the link doesn't matter and it's insignificant but I don't care because it's an insult to my good name and reputation.

Do I file a counter notice through google or this lumendatabase or both? Anyone have any idea about this?

I ended up finding the company "Cam Model Protection" on twitter and sent them some DM's asking them to remove the DMCA request and to explain why they filed two false DMCA takedown requests against me.

I'm assuming it's an accident and not done maliciously, but still.. what a shit company they aren't even looking at the things they are filing DMCA's on.

Anyone know of anything else I should do? Should I even bother emailing them or just wait and see what they say back to me on twitter? I'm hoping they can take back the DMCA requests on those links rather than me going through filling out counter notices.

You should file a counter-DMCA notice with Google, immediately. There should be a link in the notice they sent you.
It is not difficult.

I just wanted to post an update and say thanks for all your awesome help.

I was able to talk with them directly through twitter direct messages and they saw the problem and are contacting google to have the issue fixed.

I did file a counter DMCA just to be safe as you folks suggested.

Anyways, I think it was all some sort of accident on their part although no idea what caused it.

Anyways, problem being fixed and thanks all of you

They should also retract their DMCA report to Google and cc you on it to be sure. Google will send you a notice they have received the request from the DMCA agent and have re-instated your site/page. If you do not get that notice Google will remove your page from SERPs and over time it will have a negative affect on your site.
