I need an alternative to freelancer in getting sick of the Indians not finishing work.
Any recommendations fr something similar that maybe use Russians or Chinese? |

In my experience , i have more luck with philipino workers.
They Always complete any work to my satisfaction.

I found an excellent coder in the USA for a reasonable price. He bid $50 but Slovenians bid $400, Indians bid $200 and some moron bid $500 in USA for a one hour coding job. iFreelancer and Freelancer have USA people but they think they deserve $200 an hour for shoddy work. Last year I looked on another site (can't remember name) and for fixing a hacked Wordpress site the bids from USA were $1,000 and up. Just to remove the code, mind you, not restoring or anything else. When I was healthy I'd fix my own stuff and code it. (And, yes, I know removing code is simple as FTP in, delete code, FTP the files back. I just can't do it due to health).
