				Big Paxum issues, money lost
Hi everyone I cooperate with an italian company for internet biz, I suggested them to open a paxum account, to manage income payments. first issue, we requested a wire of about 3.000 euro and paxum sent 5.000 euro, they noted the mistake, and ask the italian company to send back the difference, at the same time, paxum blocked the difference into italian company account. so basically, paxum toke back his money, after ask my partner to send back money too. I called Ruth from paxum into skype, and she said they will send a comunication to the italian company about, but nothing happened, and Ruth probably blocked me into skype. second issue, my partner asked a new wire, and paxum said as been rejected because the beneficiary address is not confirmed (they already sent different wires to this account in the past) they ask to change the address with a confirmed one, and request a new wire, but they didn't send back the money of the rejected wire. someone from paxum can give us more infos about all this??? thanks

				 | I think you need someone with better English to communicate on your behalf. I tried to read your post 3 times, and couldn't understand it. Best of luck resolving the issue! |
