Judging by the crowd reactions either only Irish went to the weight in event, or ?

This is the first time in any sport ion any country I see foreigner supported over local.

Doesn't matter.. Floyd will dance around and frustrate Conor all night. He may occasionally step in and go 'toe-to-toe', but not place himself in any real danger.

I imagine the crowd getting frustrated by Floyd's tactics and booing, then Floyd will step it up just long enough to settle every one down a bit, then go back to defensive fighting only.

He will easily win by decision.. There is no way Conor can win unless he knocks him out.

BTW I thing Floyd's fighting style is smart, so I don't know why he would try to stand directly in front of Conor. But I would love to see Conor knock his ass out, simply because that would probably change the boxing world.

If you've seen any of the promotional press conferences these two have engaged in the last few months to hype up the fight, you'd have seen what appeared to be a much greater following for McGregor and the weigh in was no different. McGregors over the top brashness and cutting witty banter have attracted a large fan base for him. Also, I think naturally people are always attracted to the big underdog.

Mayweather really doesn't have anything to gain, other than 100 million. If he wins, he was supposed to win, so it's not impressive. However, he loses or the bout goes to a decision, people will say he's washed up and doesn't have it anymore.

Watched it for free online and turned it off after the 8th round. Figured if Mcgregor didn't catch him with a lucky punch within the first 3 rounds he wasn't going to win
